Screech Owl Nesting Box Program

Join the Barrier Island Parks Society (BIPS) staff, the Boca Grande Woman's Club and fellow nature enthusiasts for a hands-on workshop focused on Florida’s smallest native owl, the Eastern Screech Owl. Participants will learn about the species' local habitat and construct a wooden nesting box to take home and attract screech owls to their own yards.
