About the Event
Florida Lighthouse Day is celebrated every year at lighthouses throughout the state to commemorate Florida’s lighthouse heritage and preservation! BIPS celebrates with free cake and lemonade at Port Boca Grande Lighthouse & Museum, and opens both Gasparilla Island Lighthouse and Port Boca Grande Lighthouse for $5 climbs to the top! Docents share history at each lighthouse and unique souvenirs & gifts are available for purchase. All proceeds benefit both historic lighthouses!
RSVP is not necessary. Climbs are on a walk-in basis as space allows. Must be at least 48" to climb.
