Golf Tournament Information

• Scramble Format
• Organize your own 4-person team (men, women, mixed)
• Please include your GHIN# and Handicap
• Maximum Handicap: Men (36) and Women (40)
• Gross and Net Prizes will be awarded
• Field Limit is 30 teams; First come, first served.
• Captains are responsible for submitting payment with entry ($300 per player/$1,200 Team)
