Let’s explore Charlotte Harbor Estuary! Since BIPS was founded in 1989, marine pollution has been a focus of our mission. Wading Adventures is an educational experience that explores sources and impacts of pollution to the local ecosystem and inspires stewardship to preserve and protect local estuaries and vital nurseries. The adventure includes wading and gathering marine life to examine through magnified viewers, before they are gently returned to their habitat.
